    Good Points: It was worth the money... easy to understand.


    Bad Points: Expensive to buy... equipment hard to find.


    General comments: Jane Milton, The Practical Encyclopaedia of Mexican Cooking was deinitely well worth the money, although the book WAS expensive!! The equipment used in the book was hard to find at your local supermarket.. But once you have all the right equipment the recipes are great and very tasty!!
