I tried to get a code for my nokia. This company should not be trusted at all. I reckon this person whose name i think is Nigel takes the money and then doesn't both to supply the service. By the time you find out whats happening you cannot complain to paypal or some people dont bother because they cannot be bothered to ask for a refund.

Stay away from this company.

I've had the same experience - they are cowboys. They must be making quite a lot of money ripping people off. DON'T give them any more. They won't unlock your phone and, although they will generate messages assuring you about a refund you WON'T get it. If it happens to you open a dispute before it's too late. They should be stopped. I would give them minus stars if I had the option !

I had the same experience with these cowboys as most other people. Said they couldn't do it, refund would take seven days. After seven working days no refund, e-mailed them warning I would start paypal refund process within 24 hours if no reply. Within 24 hours was refunded with no explanation. DON'T go near these guys, they make money off people who don't chase down their refund.

I paid for an unlock code today,still waiting.I thought these were supposed to be instant. I believe I have been ripped off as I have emailed Unlock Superstore with no reply. I will now contact Paypal for refund and go elsewhere.

Had there been a 0 star I would have chosen it fro unlock superstore! In hindsight I thought at the time the prices were too good to be true...and they were. Apalling service, 4 days after paying and no sign of a code or an explaination as to why they didn't deliver the goods within the 24 hours they promise. I've requested a refund through Paypal.

Exactly as below. Paid, got email saying would be given code in 24 hours, received email a day or so later saying can not provide and a refund would need to be given. Repeated emails to Unlock Superstore has not resulted in my refund as no response at all. Did not know about paypal refund so will try that. I will do everything I can to get this company 'outed'

UnlockSuperStore are absolutely awful. It was only after I paid my money did I search online to see if I could find any rating. The ratings for this 'company' was awful. I saw nothing positive.
My own experience was that I paid via paypal. I then logged on to UnlockSuperStore website to see that they were working on this. I received an email requesting further information which I provided. 24 hours later I received another email saying that they were unable to unlock my phone.

Do not use Unlock Superstore. You will not get a code or your money back. Yes its only a few quid but if they do that to lots of people they will rake the money in for nothing. I have sent 20 emails rewuesting my money back as there is now phone number. I used fonesunlock.co.uk payed £20 and got a code in 36hrs brilliant service and the code worked.

Unlock Superstore took my money and did not provide the unlock code, and ignored all requests for the code or a refund UNTIL I initiated a complaint procedure with PayPal, where you will find a promise of a refund within the hour - which is what happened.

unlock superstore were unable to unlock a phone that a young girl in a local shop did within 10 minutes. Still waiting for refund from 13th May, after several requests I'm now about to take it further. Wish I'd read this site first.

After more than 24 hours, I hadn't got any code, so I e-mailed Unlock Superstore again. Asked for some more info about the phone. Another 24 hours later, still nothing, so went to Paypal to start a support ticket for a refund. There was a message from the seller there, asking you to send a refund request. He did give me the refund, and I did get an explanation why they couldn't supply the code - they needed the firmware release on the phone to do it - only available by cable connection apparentl ...

I am still waiting to be reimbursed my fee, when Unlock Superstore could not unlock my mobile,this was on the 17th APRIL 2009!

I wish i had read the other reviews before i purchased from Unlock Superstore. I got exactly the same as everyone else said i would, email after email waiting 24hrs for each one but never got my code. I took some of their advice though and after the second email i requested a refund. I also told them i would open a dispute if i didn't get a refund and suprise suprise i got my money back right away. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

From what i gather already i am into hour 40 waiting for my unlock code from unlock superstore and its not likely to come judging by the story's here.
Im currently waiting on hour 48 to arrive and i have given him a warning that its either a refund or the code he needs to give on that hour, we shall see?

Unlock Superstore is absolute rubbish! All the same as everyone else experienced. You fill in details and then at payment you get a surprise as they have added Sales Tax presumably VAT of 45p so in fact your Paypal payment is actually £3.44. Ordered my unlock code from Unlock Superstore, the payment was taken from my account straight away, then I received an e-mail saying that the code will need to be generated manually. Some 5-days later (after my 3 requests for an update) still no code, so I warned them I would be starting a credit card charge-back and surprise, I got a response within a few hours. Wish i had read this site before dealing with Unlock Superstore. Usual stuff, waited 24 hours nothing. Contacted them then mail arrived saying another 24 hours.

Dispute lodged with paypal straight away, refund arrived within an hour.

Don't waste your time with them.
