    Good Points: None! Worst and most untrustworthy dealer I have ever been to!


    Bad Points: Customer service and basically the whole experience.


    General comments: I recently bought a used car from Centre point car sales on Foleshill Road, Coventry and have had nothing but problems from the moment I put down a deposit.Initially I was told that I could get £xxx pounds of the list price and the car would have a full valet,clutch needed to be bleeding as a new clutch was installed, The front window piper make a unusual noise. Cigarette lighter missing. Three months garage warranty and 12 months bronze service policy. When I went to collect my car at a agreed time, it wasn't ready, the guy was sorting out the road tax. Later on I find that it had not been cleaned properly. The car judders, happens when I am in low gears, usually at 20MPH but now it happens more commonly.Drove off and find the oil tank is leaking, someone forget to screw the bolt on. So take the car back to get that sorted. The sales guy said "don't worry you have 3 months warranty with us"... The stress and hassle of this from day one.I am not sure if on that day or the day after two lights came up on the engine management light, it was a airbag warning light and Injection system failure light. Taken the car back many times and after many calls still no where further in getting this sorted.Poor service, passed pillar to post and only interested in getting a sale.
