“Poor After Sales”

Recently bought the F&P oven from appliancecity. Faulty from new and F&P wanted me to contact KIWIRESCUE. These guys are a joke, unresponsive and disinterested. I would recommend F&P on style and features but from a aftersales point of view, best avoided. Stick to what you know and buy reputable brands that offer good after sales service. F&P directly have intervened and hopefully my problem will be rectified. If F&P had good service then they could be onto a winner. (read more)

“This oven looks grerat, but takes an age to heat up...”

This oven looks grerat, but takes an age to heat up and shows a lot of heat streaks on the control panel, meaning it needs a lot of cleaning. The support from F&P has been woeful. We bought a matching F & P hob and oven for our bautiful new kitchen. Three of the rings on the hob didn't work properly and F&P have been totally unhelpful in getting a replacement, suggesting instead that they will repair it in a few weeks.
