“Poor Customer Service”

My 12 year old son bought a bag from the Superdry store at westfield near the olympic park (we visited when we went to the olympics in the summer). He spent £45 of his birthday cash. Within a month the zip had failed. Contacted superdry to ask for a replacement but as we did not have the receipt customer services refused citing that "we could have bought the bag anywhere". “Rip-off!! dont buy any superdry”

My wife bought present for me. And I didnt like it and wanted to return( without wear or touching any tag) And they said they cant refudn it and thay can only give store credit. I called some customer service numbers they said they cant do anything with that. That can give me store credit that i can use all aroung uk stores (woow what a impressive). (read more)

Customer Service NOT Super! I've been a loyal Superdry customer for a good 3 years, spending in excess of £500 each year. I'm was a good customer, But not any more. I won't ever touch this company again. Purchased a Superdry jacket via their eBay shop 30th Nov 2012. Sent back for refund 6th Dec 2012. Superdry received 10th Dec 2012. Over 7 emails sent chasing refund which were ignored and Superdry subsequently sent the jacket back to me. Paypal claim raised which SuperDry Declined today... (read more)

Have bought from the Superdry store a number of times via Ebay. Have had no problems with the customer service. Twice found that items I have bought were out of stock. Superdry refunded the price paid AND also gave me £50 and £20 free credit to buy other items. Was amazed!! I wouldnt buy in store (too expensive) but ebay store is excellent. (read more)

This is my correspondence with customer "care" after a poor experience with the store employees. Bottom line up front: Make sure you do not have any buyer's remorse and there are no defects in the product. SuperDry has a terrible return policy. I bought an overpriced Superdry t-shirt for my husband, very pleased as it has been a while since he got some brand clothes. He only wore it once before i washed in on 30 degrees - as the label suggested. To my horror what i took out of the wash machine was no longer a trendy t-shirt but some indescribable cloth with deep red color of letters run all over it. “Worst Returns Policy Ever”

Superdry, what a joke. Wife bought an overpriced £45.00 shirt from these Charlatans as a gift for me. I didn't like it, never even tried it on, in fact it never even left the bag it came from the shop in. She took it back to the shop in it's original bag with the Gift receipt and all the tags still on it and was told they don't give refunds. The best they offer is a sh*tty depreciating gift voucher in exchange. Absolutley Rank Customer Service. Avoid there establishments like the Plague.... (read more)

Whether it was a "gift" or not there is no legal right in the UK to have your money back for because you simply do not "like it". This isn'tt poor customer service but simply the law in the UK!

“Superdry Customer Service and Returns are awful”

Bought a mens coat for £169.99 size XL (which is what my size is). It was too small so I took it back and swapped it for an XXL size. Seemed to fit until I tried it on with a jumper and again it was too small. Also realised that the coat that they exchanged had no tags on it. Had recipt for purchase etc and then called the store to say that I wanted a refund. Apparently their policy is that they do not give refunds. Poor quality, worse customer service. I bought the hooded windcheater from the regent street store for £75. Loved the look of the jacket and wore it the next day. Got home to discover my house keys were missing from the zip up pocket. On closer inspection the pockets hadnt been sown up on both sides. I bought a windcheater jacket from the cult store in Birmingham for £75. Within a month the whole left side of the jacket was torn exposing the fleese lining and then the pocket lining tore. The material is flimsy and tears like tissue paper. Would not recommend to anyone. (read more)

I have to agree with many of the reviews on here. The quality of the product is fantastic, and the clothes look amazing, but the sizing is terrible! I am a UK size 14 and i have been for many years. I ordered online a windcheater and it came up too small. I ordered a size 16 (XL) in their size range for women. I wanted an extra bit of room to add some additional layers. The size was ridiculous. My main reason for liking Superdry is just the quality of the clothes is so better than most of it's competitors. The only other place that touches it is Hollister - but while Hollister has some great clothes it's little bit 'try hard.' Keep up the good work and don't compromise on the quality of the clothes to compete with the vast number of cheapy shops on the high street. (read more)

I´m a big fan of Superdry clothing, they arent the cheapest but you can find some good bargins on thier official ebay outlet store. I´ve ordered from their store a few times, service has always been fast. Would recommend the ebay store to all. (read more)

Superdry is a very trendy, urban shop which has earned it's name on the market. Anyone can wear it and you'll look as cool as ice wearing it! The clothes are good material and reasonably priced. There are a nice selection of colours and prints which anyone can wear. The layout isnt confusing in the larger stores but is in the smaller ones, as there isn't a clear division between the men's and women's sections in the smaller shops.
