    We owned a ferroli optimax HE 31C for 11 months. The water heating failed, due to faulty diverter valve. The service and support was useless, three weeks of no hot water, numerous calls, no help whatsoever. The only way to complain to a manager is by letter or email. Which I have done, and still no reply.
    I would'nt touch another ferroli boiler with a 10foot bargepole!

    I have owned this boiler for less than a year and it has now broken down twice,Ferroli arranged an engineer within three day, but they did not have the part in the uk to repair it. My hot water is now not working and it will now take over a week before they can arrange an engineer to ocme out. This company is the most useless Boiler company i have ever used. Their warranty is awful. Geting through by phone takes over 30 minutes to their ill manered technical advisors, who expect you to be an exp ...

    Boiler failed 7/10/09 ,called so called "hot line" had to wait in excess of 20mins,engineer called Fri9/10/09, although having serviced this in June 09,slated the fitter saying we were incorrectly sold,this unit ,although it had worked very well for 2 years,so-called fixed apliance,after leaving we found that one of the rads he had fiddled with was leaking,tried to phone "H/Line" told was 19th waiting,sent E-Mail,no reply,got thro.on phone during evening,when thro told we will call Wed 14/10/0 ...

    Had the boiler for less than a year before it stopped working properly. The 5 year guarentee is not worth the paper it is written on- the Ferroli service centre is a joke and so unhelpful. They refused to call out for over a week so left with no hot water with a 1yr old in the house. They refused to take complaints over the phone and their manager will not even speak to you. They advised us to cancel our British Gas service contract when we bought the boiler because their support was so comprehe ...

    had new Ferroli Domi Compact 30HE Combi Gas Boiler fitted, optimax he plus by heating engineer, asked for the best and would say got the worst, broken down twice in 4 months, left with no hot water or heating, phoned ferolli who were anything but helpful, just did`nt want to know, not interested at all.

    after sales service from ferroli is terrible, had to wait 5 days without heating / hot water for engineer, they sub contract it out, get a worcester bosch there far better.
