    Great pictures, recipe ideas are creative and inspiring. We use our barbecue all year round and this book is our permanent reference.

    The Complete Book of Gas Barbecuing by Jim Marks is excellently written,with clear recipes. Nice large script so easy to read when under pressure preparing at the side of the barbecue for those summer parties. Nice clear preparation illustrations and photographs.
