Terrible experience!! City Sounds installed some secondary glazing but there were numerous problems with the installation. One of the panes had a big and deep scratch in it, the fitters rushed the job and scratched the frame in several areas (the job was booked for 5 hours and they rushed it in just over an hour, scratching the frame with screws they were using), the handles were scratched - and worse of all they had measured it wrong and so we were unable to install curtains or blinds as the measurer hadn't followed our instructions of following the original window frame but had built the frame to the ceiling with opening doors that went all the way to the top so no fittings could be added. It was a bedroom - on a road and curtains or blinds are essential. Dealing with City sounds to rectify the problem was awful. Their management were rude and they were unwilling to rectify the design problem. They also said scratching the frame is normal. Their web site makes huge claims but it seems they ignore this if there is a problem. I recommend not using City sounds - if you do make sure you get a discount for their approach compared to their competitors and also don't pay upfront!

City Sound Secondary Glazing are a great company ,very friendly,windows looked very discreet against our period windows,sound proofing was fantastic better than what we espected .the fitters were clean and tidy and very polite...
