I had spent many weeks researching a good pocket camera to compliment my Nikon which can be a bit cumbersome to carry around when out with friends or on at a party. After a lot of inner turmoil I finally settled for the Panasonic TZ7 which I bought form Sundigital. I have to say that I was very pleased with the camera and the service that I received from the company.

I called before ordering and was told that the item will be delivered within 2 working days.... I ordered, they took the money from my bank account for the order.... after one week they called me and said they can't deliver and don't know when they can do it... that almost ruined my plans to take the camera for holidays - in MOST of the shops after one week those tipes of cameras ran out of stock... I had to buy one for more expensive price... I called to SUn digital and received a very unfrindl ...

Service, Communication, Delivery, Competence, Attitude are all bad.
They haven't replied to my emails.
They didn't answer the phone - and when they did, they were unhelpful.
They are not my number 1 choice of retailer.
