    Good Points: Speedy service
    I have not found a better price for gold on the internet
    Polite, Patient, Informative and Courteous staff.
    Nice to see a picture of the shop on the site.


    Bad Points: Only real improvement to be made is that the website looks a little dated but not a biggy!


    General comments: Did a bit of research before deciding to use Falkos to sell my gold, and have to say I am very pleased with my choice.

    Great service to sell your old and unwanted scrap gold.

    From my initial telephone enquiry, they left me feeling at ease that I could send my scrap gold to them safely.

    Upon posting, the following day, I received a telephone call confirming the quote and I received the cheque the next day.

    Excellent speedy service overall which I will use again and recommend to my friends.
