We have been loyal and satisfied customers of Thomson for many years. We have at least three package holidays with Thomson each year. However, the current booked holidays for 2015 will be our last with them. Service, customer care and Pre-travel help is now non existent. MONEY is their only priority and they have no respect for customers whatsoever. In fact, once a booking is made they are no longer interested. “Dirty tricks campaign”

After visiting egypt for our September holiday we thought it would be nice to spend Christmas there. We checked on thomsons website and it was there. So we booked there and then as it stated "only 2 rooms left" a month later our holiday has dropped by £400. We have contacted thomsons about this and the standard letter came back stating. “holiday from hell”

I flew out to skanes family resort in Tunisia on the 1/10/14. All I can say this was the holiday experience from hell. my family and I booked this holiday 1 year before we travelled so i had plenty of time to save up as this holiday is costing me £2800. When we arrived we were very impressed with the hotel. After the second day there was a huge down pour then the trouble started. “Hoped for better service”

We booked in store thinking we would get the best advice.Thought we had taken advantage of their Reserved Seating Service but found only two of the four flights were reserved and we had to do the work while on holday. “Terrible Hotel and Thompsons wre not interested”

“Like Flying On a Dirty Old Bus...”

We booked with Thomson in the Premium cabin hoping we would be on the new Dreamliner aircraft, unfortunately this was not the case and we were on one of the 767 aircraft. What I didn't realize until on the day was that they are still using old First Choice 767 aircraft, and when I say old I mean the Aircraft looks like it hasn't had an update since it rolled off the production line nearly 20 years ago. I will never travel with Thomson again. Their holiday rep fails to appear following arrangement of a meeting Their 24-7 online service is one way communication - they will not respond. Their telephone complaint service is also one way communication. “Appalling Flights and Airport Reps”

Had so many bad experiences with Thomoson, but this time is the last. I'm never using them again. Flew to Majorca in June from Manchester. The flight attendants were rude, the service was slow, the stock levels hopeless and the attitude awful. Then it got worse. Arrived at Palma airport. “Taxi Transfer”

Do not pay Thomson extra for taxi transfers,it is likely you get sent a minibus. Thomson sent minibus not taxi - not suitable for anybody who has difficulty climbing stairs. Thomson says this is clearly stated on website but I am unable to locate this. All references are to taxis not minibuses. Gold villa that ,thomsons sub let off a florida rental company . “Website won't ever take payment! ”

Every time over the past 3 years the Thomson website will never take payment - when go to Pay after putting all debit card details in the site just goes straight back to the same screen erasing all the details. I've tried many different PCs/browsers all the same. Then you try to get someone to sort it out by calling expensive call lines & they all send you round in circles. Booked a weeks holiday to bulgaria for myself,10yr old daughter and elderly mother.arrived at bourgas airport to find my case missing,filled out forms at airport and sent on my way. Arrived at hotel with the clothes I arrived in these where my clothes for the next 5.5 days. “Simply the BEST”

Wow, what can't I say about this resort. Just returned after 2 weeks from 2nd to 16th July 2014 to the Sirenis Aura. From the time I arrived at the resort to boarding the aircraft 2 weeks I couldn't find anything to complain about. The Staff on the Reception Desk were extremely friendly and happy to help in any way they could. The room was big, bright, airy and clean. Bedding changed every 2 days and towels changed daily.
