    Good Points: Simple, easy to follow-no fuss.


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: I love Bill Grangers books so much i have the set! The food is simple the photographs are "real" not staged plates of food. His are the only cook books where i want to try everything. He is self taught so explains things realistically but in a non patronising way.
