Just got home from a lovely holiday at the Disney Caribbean Beach Resort hotel. It was a special holiday because I've just celebrated my 30th birthday. Me and dad were allocated a room in Trinidad south which all of the rooms in this building were pirate themed. Our room was 3625 in section 36. My bed was very nice and I really liked the pirate theme. The food was always very nice and hot but just too much. I've never been to Disney in America before so this holiday was extra special. ... Great walking paths around the lake. Staff were generally very nice at the Disney's Caribbean Beach Club Resort. We would visit again, definitely. Had a bad phone connection that was never fixed when reported. (read more)

Walt Disney World Caribbean Beach Club Resort is absolutely beautiful. I loved the tropical theme. The white sandy beaches were very relaxing and always empty. Parrot Island is the perfect spot for pictures. The castle pool was a lot of fun for the kids but the pools at each island were quieter and easier to swim in. I highly recommend the Banana Cabana, which is the house special at the Banana Cabana poolside bar, best tropical drink I ever had. Port Orleans has a lot of fun things... (read more)

The Walt Disney World Caribbean Beach Resort is a beautifully designed resort. The hotel covers a large area, and can be overwhelming to begin with - we actually got very lost coming back in the dark! Also try to leave just before the end of the evening parade/fireworks and walk FAST to the bus stop - the queues can be HUGE! (read more)
