    Bad Points: The site is called Say Thank You but it mainly deals with writing thank you letters. I thought it might also give advice on giving and writing thank you speeches. Maybe they're going to add this at some point?


    General comments: The Say Thank You site is great for those who don't know what to write in a thank you letter. It also gives some pretty down to earth advice on how to present gifts. For my purposes I was able to almost cut and paste an entire thank you letter to send to a friend, with only a couple of small changes. There's also some really nice gifts displayed on the site and I think they'd probably make really great thank you gifts - but alas, I had already bought a gift for my friend!

    For writing thank you letters, it's the best site I've seen on the web. Would be great if they added a bit about thank you speeches too!
