I bought this pushchair last week for my year old grandson. He has been in it once and had to hold on to the sides as he kept slipping off of the small inadequate seat. Cannot be very good for babies backs at all. I cannot get a refund. So I have wasted my money as I will not let him go in it.

Bought this item for our young son earlier this year. Numerous problems: Brakes keep failing Footmuff keeps slipping down Attachment points of raincover to buggy have rusted Front wheels keep locking Seat keeps falling down Seat too small The store inspected it, said there were no problems and would not give us exchange or refund. Still trying to get our money back!

Awfully designed pushchair! Completely imoractical. I have this for my 11 month old and he can't sit in the seat properly as it is so small and shalllow, he looks as though he's hanging out. He does nothing but whinge and moan while in it as he is evidently uncomfotable. The footmuff makes the situation a whole lot worse as it slides down and doesn't grip to the seat at all. Do not buy this push chair!!!!!!!!!!!

Although this stroller has lovely detail it is completely impractical! It states that children up to the age of 3 can use it but my 18 month old daughter was hanging out of it as the seat is so small. She started crying and asking to get out! I am so disappointed with this purchase and have had to spend time getting another stroller (the London stroller by chicco) which is far better and around the same price. Avoid the zen at all costs!!

i bought this pram thinking it will be good but all i have had is problems with it. seat to small the foot muffs are to small the straps are so stiff and the break is very stiff the hood the threading came out. And the buggy fell right back when my baby was in it i do not think it is a good buggy and i feel like it is very unsafe.

The bruin zen all weather stroller the biggest waste of money I have ever spent,my son was only 11months when I bought this I thought I was getting bargain especially getting a footmuff and parasol well,my son didn't even fit in the footmuff and the seat unit was so small my son looked as though he was hanging out of it.I was so dissapointed my son was so uncomfortable that I only used it for 5 days and put it in the best place possible THE BIN.

its a terrible pushchair..I hate it so much I do not know where to begin..the front wheels do not turn but drag when turning and I find that the left front wheel is pulling the pushchair to the left side which is very annoying..when folded down the little hook never locks by it self i have to do it manually and it doesn't always stay locked straight away..the seat is not deep enough so my baby hangs on the edge and looks very uncomfortable..if you do not remember to fix the loose bits of material on the sides when folding it up the material gets trapped between the sides and when you come to put the seat down into a lying position it gets stuck and baby always wakes up in the process of trying to fix it..the wheels are too close together and I keep stepping on the wheels, so find myself doing a cat walk walking..hate it..and just tried talking to the store and they are not interested in helping advised calling customer service which ill try but im not hopeful..
good thing about this piece of Babies R Us design is that its very pretty with a nice little hood and butterflies and the rain cover fits nicely..but that's it

Hate it :( Worst pram I have ever bought and I've had a good few!
My baby is 18 months old, this pushchair is meant to be for babies up to 18 kg, she is only 12kg, and cant get her feet in the footmuff, the seat isn't deep enough for her to sit comfortably.
Not recommended!
Wish I'd never bought it, but not much chance of being able to take it back with Toys R Us shocking customer service!

We bought a mamas and papas pilko before my daughter was born, however my mum found it too tricky to put up and down and a squeeze to get in the car. We were going to have to buy an umbrella buggy-something I was trying to avoid. We made the trip to babies r us and got this, complete with hood, footmuff and parasol for £80...bargain. We have had this buggy 5 months now, the frame squeaks when putting it up or down, or when applying gentle pressure e.g. going up kurbs. The wheels often stick, so instead of being swivel they just sort of drag when turning, these also squeak. I love the lie-back mechanism, although you do need to hands to operate it-as with the folding of the buggy. The brakes also get in the way if you need to "bump" it up/down any steps, mine are now very scraped as there are two steps into my house from the garden! The footmuff was broken within the month. The top of it lies very low, my daughter could get her feet over the top and the zip soon snapped. The parasol doesn't fit very secure, we went on holiday in January when our daughter was 10 months, and every time we secured the parasol she whipped it off instantly!
To be honest, overall I am very disappointed and find myself putting up with the earache from my mum to use the pilko just to avoid this buggy!
