    Good Points: Good website with plenty of choice and competitive prices.
    Have 15 retail outlets across the country, so appear to be an established company in this country. Not some shed on an industrial estate.
    Delivery the next day, despite the usual 3 to 5 day delivery note on the site.
    Free delivery.
    Helpful and polite phone operators.
    Actually rang me back to confirm availability.


    Bad Points: None that I encountered


    General comments: I came across this website by chance, while searching the internet for a Tent (Outwell Idaho XL). I had not heard of them before and took a chance by ordering with them. They were offering the tent at the lowest price I had seen it anywhere, about £100 cheaper in fact. Now usually I steer clear of the "If it looks too good to be true" type of offers, but I took a calculated gamble and it paid off big time.
    I ordered it over the phone as opposed to on-line, as I wanted to check it's availability. The number of times i've ordered on-line and been sent an e-mail later stating "Not in stock" despite being shown in stock on the site, is amazing.
    This was on Wed morning 7/1/09 and it was delivered on Thurs 8/1/09 in mid afternoon. I was astonished as I was expecting a 3 to 5 day delivery time, if delivered at all! (Born cynic).
    It was what I ordered, correctly packaged, complete and in excellent condition. (Genuinely brand new) Unbelievable in this day and age. To say I was gobsmacked is an understatement, in fact I still can't quite believe it.
    In short I would use them again without hesitation and hope that other people have the same experience as me if they use them. Other internet retailers take note!
    I have given them 10 out of 10, because I can find no fault or even trivial criticism to knock them for. It is hard to maintain a 10 out of 10, but keep trying DISCOVER.
