I recently booked with Stephens Green Travel to go to the World Cup in Japan (they specialise in sporting tours).
Despite having booked 2 months in advance we still had to collect our travel documentation at the departure airport.
Things went really down the pan after we had confirmed our return flight 3 days before departure.
On the morning of departure we went to the airport mentioned on our travel documents and the airport in Tokyo which we had confirmed 3 days earlier.
