“Just so Easy”

Have just opened an e-saver account with Principality. What a refreshing change - it was just so simple, straightforwards and EASY. A breath of fresh air after Santander from whom I had to wrestle for ages to get the money to put into Principality, and countless others I've tried. Just couldn't believe it, but I had actually instructed my bank to put money into Principality within about 10 minutes, and it was showing on line within at most 2 hours. Please make sure you check your Principality e saver . They are regularly offering new issues of the e saver account whilst reducing the interest rates of existing customers on older issues. They will transfer you to the new issue but make it quite difficult to do this.
Yet another example of financial institutions treating existing customers badly. What a strange industry it is.
