    Good Points: Hotel right on sea front and grounds lead out onto the beach
    Cheaper than adjacent hotels
    Good restaurants 100m away across the road


    Bad Points: In need of a facelift, feels a bit run down
    Rooms need a lick of paint and a good diy person


    General comments: The Beau Rivage is one of 3 hotels on what is known as the "Larnaca Strip" located about 7km from Larnaca.
    Room prices are very cheap compared to the adjacent 4 star hotels - the Beau Rivage being a 3 star.
    The hotel opens up right onto the beach and you could share the water sports facilities on its neighbours beach ! (it did not have its own facilities when I was last there)
    The complex itself feels a bit run down and struggles to compete amongst its neighbours which is a shame as the prices are good.
    I did not try the food but I know of several very good restaurants less than 100m away.
