    Good Points: Makes exact copies of DVDs. Also can remove css-encryption to work around copy protection issues.


    Bad Points: Does not convert video files from one format to another so it's not the tool for creating custom DVDs from video files.


    General comments: DVD Copy for Mac can make perfect copies of DVDs (1:1 ratio) and also does a good job at compressing a DVD-9 (dual-layer DVD) to one DVD-5 disc. So far I have only copied from DVD to DVD blank disc, but the software is suppose to be able to copy a DVD to your local hard drive so it can be edited and burned later.
