    Good Points: - range of matrox graphic cards


    Bad Points: - apparent poor knowledge of goods sold in the shop (hardware etc.)
    - staff I've dealt with have seemed rude towards me
    - I experienced very poor customer service
    - next day delivery - late by 3 days


    General comments: JBO Solutions is the worst online shop I have ever used.

    Please read a response to my query about a refund to the parts, which were sent wrongly, with a delay:

    ... Whether you think it is fair or not is irrelevant. Do you think it's fair that we have to suffer the cost of useless stock because you now decide you made the wrong choice?...

    (I've got couple of emails like that)

    By law anyone who is buying a goods online can return goods within 7 days, apart from software. I'm trying to return memory modules...

    Still suffering with returning the stuff, I have not received any response to my emails. I feel that the way I have been treated is very stressful and rude...I'm feeling like I received stuff for free...or I'm asking for refund after 3 years!
