“Poor service”

Ordered a microwave online -recd email advising of delivery day, product never arrived,contacted cust service team who advised of system problem and could not redeliver item until 8 days later due to Easter holidays. Have never used this company before and have no plans to use again after the poor service recd .Re-ordered item from CO-OP electrical who delivered as promised within 2 days
