    Good Points: Continuous updates on progress of order. Polite and helpful delivery personnel.


    Bad Points: Absolutely none


    General comments: 3/7/9 Great service - ordered washing machine Monday evening - selected Thursday delivery. Received text message Wednesday night to confirm delivery between 12-3pm following day. Arrived before 12.30, driver insisted on bringing appliance into utility room and helped move old appliance out. Delivery man was more than helpful which is a rare thing these days. Would definately recommend Electrical 123.
