Good Points: I have been using this book for almost a year now, as my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I have tried quite a lot of the juices and he does not seem to be getting any worse. You try anything at times like this. The juices are amazing colours any very tasty! and I drink them with him as well.

Bad Points: Not found one yet. Although I haven't tried the ones with alcohol

General comments: I would recommend this book to anyone who loves fruit and veg. I thought it would be a phase but I feel so much better for having my juices every morning.

A great book for anyone who wants to start drinking home-made juices as it has great tasting recipes to get you started, plus it is not lying when it tells you that you will feel better after drinking these juices for just a short time.

I would recommend super juice too anybody.
