    Good Points: None.


    General comments: Unfulfiled promises, like we will give you lowest rate during 30/45 days lock period i.e. if we lock today at 5% and rate goes down to 4.5% in next 30/45 days we will give you 4.5%.
    They charged my credit card for $595 immediately so that you are stuck with them. After that it is my responsibility to call them.
    I have been with them for last 3 weeks. They charged my credit card $595 and now I am calling everyday to know the status. They immediately pulled my credit file 3 weeks back and again last week. I have excellent credit rating more than 750 score I am afraid it may go down because of these people.
