    Good Points: Sea view - exclusive sun terrace - big rooms - parking - price


    General comments: Gracious holiday house on the Sorrento Hills that offers tranquillity and a wonderful sea view over the Gulf of Naples. Located at just 2 Km from the centre of Sorrento and a 1 Km from Sant'Agnello center, a pretty village bordering Sorrento, where you can also find bars, shops, banks, and many restaurants. The sea with public and private beaches is at 1 Km, the port where you can catch the fast hydrofoils for the island of Capri, Ischia, Naples and Positano at 2.5 Km, train station for excursions to Pompei and Herculaneum at 1 Km.Parking space, bus stop nearby.Four-roomed apartment of 110 sq mt composed of: entrance, kitchen/living/dining area with double bed-settee, and balcony with view over the garden, one double bedroom and two twin bedroom. Two bathrooms, one with bath tub and shower and one with shower only. Panoramic exclusive sun terrace of 70 sq mt with shower equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas.

    We were pleasantly surprised with Sorrento. It was a first stop on a 15-day vacation to Italy that my wife and I took to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Our 25-year-old son, 21-year-old daughter and their respective boyfriend and girlfriend accompanied us. We spent 5 days here. Subsequently we visited Rome, Venice, and Lake Como. Reports that Sorrento would be overcrowded and overpriced seemed to be exaggerated. Perhaps our visit in late May helped us enjoy great weather, while still avoiding th ...
