    I had no communication with them after initial email confirming order. No answer on the telephone, no response to fax, no response received to registered letter of complaint. Very slow delivery (ordered 6/12/08 delivered 22/12/08) despite online saying both items in stock and with 2-5 working day delivery timeframe. No email sent informing me items had been dispatched.
    I cannot recommend this company. For me, they were unreliable, poor withcommunication and I had a very hard time contacting customer services.
