    Good Points: X10 products were available that I could not find anywhere else. The price also seems very competitive (at first glance).


    Bad Points: Products very late in delivery. Shiped from Hong Kong also ment that they were blocked by the delvery company awaiting payment of VAT. Manuals for nearly all devices were missing. Very important this this kind of device that the manual is provided. I had to search the net for them.


    General comments: Good choice on the website but I would advise going elsewhere. The price is missleading as you will get caught by VAT which is not payed by the company. The website was not clear that VAT was not included, and I had to pay parcel force for this. i.e. add 15-17.5% to the price. Manuals also missing and products badly packaged, i'm surprised none were broken.
