Hey guys, please dun rent from this metro car company at the cilom hotel near the airport. They are terrible and rude. was late, even missed out my booking, and he made me paid a surcharge (he mentioned that the person who pay must be the person driving, that was so ridiculous) which i was aware of before the booking. When i want to cancl the reservation, he said that that wont happen. He would tell you that its in the term and condition which full of words. And lastly he gave us only 1/4 of the tank filled with petrol. Futhermore, the price is not as low compared to M2000 which give u a cheaper price and better car. I forgot the name of the guy at the metro counter. I wanted to send them a email. But they do not have an email address. I wanted to tell him that companies like redspot and hertz dont have such a term stating that the person who pay must be the person driving. And his company is not a big player in aust. I will never ever rent a car for metro car rental. Be ware of this company.

They charge you $ 55.00 'admin fee' for any toll infringement notice you might get keeping you under the impression it includes the payment of the notice. BEWARE this is not the case. Ask for the notice (otherwise you won't get it from them) and pay it immediately to the Enforcement Agency. My $1.02 fine cost me $155.00 in the end. I will definitely not recommend them to anybody
