By far the cheapest parking service I could find at Gatwick for a 2 week holiday, which made me a little wary. However, after speaking to them on the phone and having had an email query answered quickly I took the plunge. Everything went smoothly, had to wait maybe 10 mins at drop off, but this was mostly down to us making good time in light traffic. Car was returned to us within a couple of minutes of our return. This is a little premature, as I have only just booked them but spotted the review link and thought I'd do it before I forget. However this was the third time I have booked them and the previous two times have made life very simple and amazing value for money. You just drive straight to departures and walk away, no queues and no buses, meaning you don't have to leave such a long period for travel. Have used this site for a few years now and have recommended to friends, never actually got round to writing review. To be honest the heading says it all!! Its a fantastic way to start a holiday, they meet you at departures you hand over car, then on way back get off plane phone them and by the time you get cases etc walk out the terminal and there is your car waiting for you. The price for this service is excellent and I have no problem recommending them. (read more)

I was told about this company via a work colleague and having never uses this type of service before was a bit uncertain. One phone call soon resolved this and within 2 minutes I had it booked and paid for at a fantastic price. On my arrival at Gatwick South terminal last Sunday we were met and the car was collected with no delay and on our return last night the car was waiting for us, again with no delays despite the fact Gatwick drop off areas were partially closed due to building work.... I was a little nervous as never used this type of service before.....what a great suprise! Easy to book with Caz and met on arrival, no need to get that bus. When returned to UK it was raining, our car was there...no need togat the bus again and stand in the rain. I was very pleased and will be reccomending Easy park to all of my freinds. I did not know you could leave a review last year as I would have done then because we were really pleased we used them. Flew to america with the family and easy parking met us on time at the airport. I have used Caroline and James on 3 occasions and each time I have received a high standard of communication and service. This company is a very reasonable price in comparison with those around Gatwick and I can not fault my experience with them so far.
I had to change the time of my meet last time and this was no problem at all. I have always been met promptly and would be happy to recommend the company to a friend.

No problems in being met at the South terminal, early Sunday morning at 5am.
Unfotunately we had a horror flight home, but Easyparking were excellent
Thanks to Thomas Cook our flights were delayed 8 hours with a estimated late night arrival of "any time between mid-night and 1 am", as it turned out it was 2 am before we had collected our luggage.
This was a horror flight home fron Antayla, so to have our cars ready as we walked out of the terminal was a real bonus and I can't praise...

Have now used Easy Parking on two occasions and my sister once. Have had absolutely no problems both dropping the car off and having it returned and return flights have always been delayed. I think the service for the price is first class and will always use this company for meet and greet at Gatwick. It's just a pity that Heathrow is not covered as well....... just had to pay £20.00 more than I would have using Easy Parking!! (read more)

We travelled from north London in the early morning rush hour and contacted easyparking to inform them that we were 20 mins from the airport. At that stage we were running 20mins early (It is difficult to predict a definite time of arrival when having to negotiate rush hour on the M25 with a plane to catch). After looking for what seemed to be weeks for a Car Park for 2 weeks, i spoke to EasyParking.
I could not believe the price (half of everyone else), but gave it a go, as i have a small family and wanted the meet & greet service.
Absolutely First Class.
The guy that picked up the car was very friendly, efficient, and i had no qualms about leaving my car with him.
Upon our return two weeks later, at almost 10pm, the same guy was waiting outside of the terminal with my car.

I have never written a review for a company before but thought seeing the bad press a lot of meet and greet company's are getting at the moment after last nights BBC Panorama I would recommend Easy Parking.
When my-self and my other half decided to to take a short break away in the Canaries last month we were on a tight budget and after a few phone calls I came across easy parking, I was amazed at the difference in price between them and the bigger boys that seemed to be advertised all over...

Drop off was great with the driver following our car and a speedy handover. Began contacting the office at 0015 after our flight had landed and tried contacting someone on both numbers until 0135 when the Airport help desk managed to contact the office. It was 1 hour 45 minutes after landing that the car was delivered in spite of over 30 phone calls being made. (read more)

First, I started calling 20 min out as instructed, but like another reviewer said, I couldn't get an answer on either number, although I was able to leave a voice mail mssg on one of them. Finally got a callback though, and told them I was nearly there. Next up (and this was my mistake), I missed the sign for the valet parking area and ended up at the departures drop-off. Great service. I was a little apprehensive about using Gatwick Valet Parking as I drive a nice car (New M5) and after speaking to a couple of pals they thought I was mad handing over the keys! Glad I took the chance, as the service was excellent. Took photos, diagrams and the milage before taking delivery. The car had the 2 miles on the clock they said it would have when returned (the carpark is 1 mile away) and was immaculate.
I was slightly concerned as I phoned when picking up luggage...

Where to start - I made my booking with Gatwick Valet Parking my email for the 16th August, reconfirmed by telephone and again by email. Don'y be put off by the low prices - i nearly was, but there is no catch and Gatwick Valet Parking were far better than any other valet company i have used at Gatwick. I suppose the only picky point is that there was about 25 miles put on the clock so clearly the parking is some way from the airport - but someone else is driving it and factor in a gallon of petrol and they are still far cheaper - so so what?

Guys picked up car on time, returned it on time and even gave it a free wash excellent service will use again next time I get discount and they have fixed the prices till 2010 well done again to all the staff what a pleasant experience. What it cost me in miles it was worth it for the service. Only downside is there car park is a few miles away from the airport. (read more)

if this is a genuine customer of easyparkingsite if you call our office and speak to caroline i will happily issue you a full refund although i am not convinced this is a genuine customer as all my customers this year so far have been completely satisfied so i do apologise to our customers but there is a lot of competition out there and some companies do not take it well when other companies are doing well.
