    Drop off was great with the driver following our car and a speedy handover. Began contacting the office at 0015 after our flight had landed and tried contacting someone on both numbers until 0135 when the Airport help desk managed to contact the office. It was 1 hour 45 minutes after landing that the car was delivered in spite of over 30 phone calls being made.

    I thought they were a mixed bag, but mostly good. First, I started calling 20 min out as instructed, but like another reviewer said, I couldn't get an answer on either number, although I was able to leave a voice mail mssg on one of them. Finally got a callback though, and told them I was nearly there. Next up (and this was my mistake), I missed the sign for the valet parking area and ended up at the departures drop-off.     Great service. I was a little apprehensive about using Gatwick Valet Parking as I drive a nice car (New M5) and after speaking to a couple of pals they thought I was mad handing over the keys! Glad I took the chance, as the service was excellent. Took photos, diagrams and the milage before taking delivery. The car had the 2 miles on the clock they said it would have when returned (the carpark is 1 mile away) and was immaculate.

    we had a great service and cant say enough good points and have used gatwick valet parking twice since thanks to their efficient service we have had to wait no more than 15-20 minutes for our car in the middle of july when they seemed under it. unlike other peolpe who have used other firms and were witing after we set off home

    If I could I'd have given zero stars, but the system doesn't allow. Where to start - I made my booking with Gatwick Valet Parking my email for the 16th August, reconfirmed by telephone and again by email. As instructed I started to call 20 mins away from Gatwick, the phone rang and rang, but no reply and no voice mail. Panicking slightly I called the other number, same thing.     Amazing value and amazing service from Gatwick Valet Parking. Phone answered virtually straight away on drop off (4am!) and return to the UK. Car picked up and returned with no hanging about. Would definately recommrend and use again in the future.

    Excellent service from Easy Parking Site; found them on the web and read the good reviews, easy to book by phone, confirmed by email, friendly and efficient service, car collected and delivered on time, no fuss at all and they even helped load the luggage into the car. Great value, will use again and highly recommended.

    Don'y be put off by the low prices - i nearly was, but there is no catch and Gatwick Valet Parking were far better than any other valet company i have used at Gatwick. I suppose the only picky point is that there was about 25 miles put on the clock so clearly the parking is some way from the airport - but someone else is driving it and factor in a gallon of petrol and they are still far cheaper - so so what?

    Very professional service from Gatwick Valet Parking. No problems and quick drop off and collection . I have recommended this service to all my friends as it is part of the holiday.

    I travel frequently for meetings and consultations all over Uk and flying speeds up my travel. i have used easy parking site several times and have been met an time and had my car returned on time every time. washed down. the staff are polite and efficient and thoroughly recommend them.

    Guys picked up car on time, returned it on time and even gave it a free wash excellent service will use again next time I get discount and they have fixed the prices till 2010 well done again to all the staff what a pleasant experience. What it cost me in miles it was worth it for the service. Only downside is there car park is a few miles away from the airport.
