Bad Points: Need more domain specific concentration in functionalities like fleet management, need more sophistication in CAD integration

General comments: Over all a good facility management software. Web-based, easy to understand for a non-software savvy guy like me, easy to install, have almost functionality to manage the entire facility from maintenance management for both preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance, space management, asset management, etc, very much affordable despite its sophistication
