    Good Points: Did reply to my email at least


    Bad Points: I ordered a poster as a Christmas present. Website told me it was in stock and I'd successfully completed the purchase. Six days later I received an email telling me my money had been refunded. Very disappointed as I would not be able to gt present in time for Christmas; I queried the site and they told me they did not have it in stock and would not be getting more in. Very poor service and misleading if they can't be bothered to update their website.


    General comments: I would not trust in buying something from a website even if it says your purchase is completed especially if it's for an important date.
