    PropertyNet are, by far and away, the worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. From the very first moment I signed the contract, they have done nothing but stall (they were initially 3 HOURS late with keys on the moving in date) and prove their abject incompetence (with everything to repairs, installations, gas safety etc etc).

    DO NOT USE THEM.

    I have had awful experience when dealing with propertynet, all of the specificantions which i had asked for to be implemented before i moved in to the preoperty were not. These items were a fridge, cooker, washing machines and smoke alarms (still not done after 2 months). so not trivial matters, all this company wants is the money at the start then they use all the tricks not to get anything done.

    I had the same issue with Property Net. We moved in and nothing that had been specified in the contract had been done. The garden was a dumping ground. we have been in the property a year and things are still waiting to be done. I can't wait to move again.

    Though not typical of me, in this case I felt strongly compelled to write a review of Property Net, the agent I ended up finding my apartment with. This experience was difficult from the day one.
    Initially they falsely advertised the apartment I ended up taking by saying that everything will be finished by the time I move in. I moved in and there was no work done from the time I viewed the apartment (2 weeks). Now there's been 2 weeks in and I am still not getting any specific response from them ...
