    Went in Acorn Pets Centre of east Kilbride a half hour before closing time.i asked the assistant that i wanted to buy some cold water fish in which her reply was that,they had to shut the tanks down and couldn't buy any fish and that i could the next morning.as with other acorn pet shops,there were quite alot of dead fish in the tanks.4 assistants in the shop and all they wanted to do was to stand and talk amongst themselves.
    when leaving another shop nearby and returning to my car,i noticed 2 assistants locking up 5 minutes early.to be honest ,i wont use this store again.

    As i have grew up in East Kilbride i have had umpteen pets from Acorn Pet Centre East from fish, hamsters, budgies and now a corn snake which we purchased on Friday. The staff member who helped us was full of information about our new pet. We have had a few different pets as well as cats, tortoises and a dog for the past 5 years. If ever i was stuck or worried about any pet i know i could go to Acorn pets and get the info needed.

    Would recommend Acorn Pets to anyone looking for helpful friendly ...

    We were passing this new store in East Kilbride and as we needed dog food we though we wouid give it a try. We normally feed our dogs Iams ( in store the 15kg bags were not priced) but there was a big range of foods so we thought we would try another brand. While we were weighing up the various options one of the three staff who had been chatting together at the tills came over and asked if she could help.
