    My Hoover HNL662 machine has badly marked my clothes twice . first time the enginere said to put a cleaning agent containing bleach on a sixty degree wash. did a load yesterday all marked and dirty. enginere coming back out. when you select a quick wash you have to spin the load again.

    Don't buy a Hoover HNL662 washing machine unless you want clothes washing to be a really painful and frustrating experience.

    This is a realy bad washing machine. It keeps going wrong and even when it's working it's not very good. One of the worst features is that the fast spin cycle can only be used as a separate operation. In other words it is not part of any wash programme. Without it, the clothes are soaking wet after the normal spin.

    Don't buy one of these machines!!! I bought one sept 08 and in the last 2 weeks it has died mid cycle twice. I have had the Hoover Repair men out twice, first one replaced the board,motor and paddles it the worked for 2 days then died again. Booked another repair visit he turned up today had a look at the machine and told me it was coin damage and that there was a hairline split in the plastic drum, water had apparently dripped down onto the terminal block therefore causing the motor to blow. ...
