    I bought this machine about 2 months ago after my old Zanussi broke after only three years. I decided to 'buy German' and spend that extra money on a machine hoping it would last a bit longer. Part of the reasong for buying this machine was the 5 year manufacturers guarantee. When I called them to activate the guarantee it was already activated for me which was a nice surprise too. Good service is fantastic if you have been bounced around.

    The machine is astonishingly quiet in the spinning cycle. I like the fact that you can choose the spinning speed as sometimes you don't need the full 1400 rpm. Finding out how to work the time delay function was a bit tricky I admit. Another small annoying issue is that although an acoustic signal is great when the machine is done, it really does not need to go off more than once... this seems to bleep every minute until you get off the sofa and turn it off.

    Very good buy, I am very pleased.
