I absolutely love my sofa. The quality is good and it is very attractive - that is why I chose it. The only downside is the leather is so soft thar cushions for the back take the form of the person who sits in. Consequently the back cushions have to be puffed up after someone sits in iIf. Lastly, the foot of the sofas are metal. They did not come with any protection nor ca n you purchase bespoke protectors from FCI and as a result they caused damage to my wood flooring. Zabi Nawroz of FCI helped us design & build a semi-walk-in closet in our London flat. This was quite a challenge as there was a very small amount of space. He drew up the plans, helped up pick out the materials (shelves, color & hardware). And he helped us find builders to tear out the existing closet and build the foundation for the new closet. We liked the choice, the design and the quality.We ordered the sofa we liked and needed. It was meant to take 6 weeks. The time came and went. On calling we found out that they could not supply what we wanted and we had to re order and wait another 6 weeks. It was a shame. Had they told us earlier we would not have waited so long.
