    I recently visited Stockport Car Supermarket with a view to purchasing an Audi A4.
    The car appeared to be in good condition and available at a fair and reasonable price. I was even offered favourable terms for the part exchange of my vehicle. I refused to buy however when the senior sales manager refused to allow me to test drive the vehicle without first commiting to the sale. How was i to confirm that i was happy to buy without doing so. I wasn't even offered the peace of mind of a fresh MOT prior to purchase. The sales amanger was far from polite and i would go so far as to say abrupt in his manner. This at initial purchase gave me food for thought when considering any after sales service that i may require. On the whole a poor service and i would certainly neither go there again or reccommend them to other consumers.

    I believe SCS gave me a fair price for my 318Ci as P/E, however i feel i could have got another few hudred pounds from them in hindsight. I ended up buying a C180 at a very competitive price and whilst buying the car SCS were very willing to listen to my demands. They did the number plate change and cut me a new key for the Merc. Also did a interim service, however i had asked for a full service. Once i bought the car, the attitude of staff changed. I had a couple of problems with the car that i ...

    Went to Stockport Car Supermarket when looking for a new used car. Currently had a Citroen C2 56 plate but wanted something bigger. Didn't mind going back a few years as I know new cars are not always what they are cracked up to be.

    Saw a Vauxhall Vectra on the forecourt and instantly fell in love with it. Very reasonable price for the mileage and such. it was about 4 years older than my car so I was definitely going back a few years on parts etc.
