Many thanks to the guy at Dace Motor Company for coming to our rescue yet again. This recent purchase is my third vehicle from Dace, my first when there was still a caravan centre on site and no tarmac on forecourt. This shows how the cars have lasted and the quality of service has been maintained over a good many years. I have no problems recommending Dace to anybody, not just family and friends. dace was the last showroom/garage we visited in search of a car. we were met by a salesman and shown the type of cars we were looking for. we eventually bought the car he recommended as it looked like a fair deal. i couldn't collect the car till the next working day and till around 8 pm due to my job. He agreed to stay after hours so that i could come and collect the car so well done to the company for that. the negatives however have been that dace didn't send the new owner registration... I bought a Audi from Dace on the way home the sump guard fell off on the M62 so much for the inspection Dace failed to send the V5 to DVLA and after 6 months and lots of phone calls promises I have had to pay DVLA because they don't care about the customer as long as they get the money, if you have a problem don't expect them to do anything. I would never go to Dace again Buyer Beware !!! (read more)

Their prices were very good and I thought may be too good to be true, but I thought I would take the chance nonetheless. I have just purchased a Landrover Discovery from Dace. The service was excellent from start to finish, including picking me up from the station and driving me to a local post office to get the vehicle taxed. The car suffered a minor fault on the drive home so I took it back and the team could not have been more helpful, staying well after closing time to make sure it was fixed. I have a lovely car which I purchased off Dace this week. Sadly, within a few minutes of owning the car it became apparent that there was a fault. This was reported to Dace who assured me it would be resolved. That was where the fun began! We bought our Audi TT from here 2 years ago, they gave us a good deal on part x and overall we've been pleased. Only problem was all tyres were well worn, being very naive and having little knowledge of cars we didn't notice and all blew in first 12 months. If I was to go back again I would insist on at least 2mm on each tread, you live and learn! (read more)
