“very poor managment”

Been member of greens nearly since it opened. The previous manager was very friendly, approachable and that reflected in the management staff. since the new manager took over everything has gone downhill. My renewal came up but found the manager unavailable who never returned calls on time and the membership staff very arrogant and at one point did not even have the manners to come out of her office to discuss my renewal instead had her colleague to act as a messenger. Having recently moved into the Wakefield area i have looked around, the following health centres; Total Fitness; Fitness First; Bannatynes; Exercise for Less; Espire and Finally, Greens. The cleanliness, hygiene and customer service of Total Fitness and Fitness First was very poor, and i would therefore disregard them entirely. Exercise for Less have delayed there opening date considerably and seem rather unorganised. I then approached Bannatynes, which was reasonably impressive, prior to... (read more)
