    DESIGN AND SALES EXCELLENT - FITTING ONLY FAIRLY GOOD. PROBLEM WITH TWO SUBSTANDARD AND BADLY FITTED PANELS UNRESOLVED AFTER 12 MONTHS - YOU PHONE THE SALEROOM AND ONLY GET AN ANSWERPHONE. INITIALLY, THEY RESPOND WITH SPURIOUS EXCUSES ABOUT THEIR TECHNICIAN BEING ON HOLIDAY UNTIL 'X'. WHEN THE DATE ARRIVES, THEY SIMPLY STOP RESPONDING. WARNING! WARNING!

    Lady in showroom was friendly and helpful - the salesman and surveyor who subsequently visted us were very professional and at that stage we paid the full amount feeling that this was a local company we could trust. However, it all turned into a total nightmare after that, basically resulting in us having no kitchen at all for nearly a month. The fitter was very nice and worked very hard to sort everything out for us, but, the owner provided nothing but excuses and constantly contradiced himsel ...

    This company would just take your money away and give you nothing. The staffs have a horrible attitude towards work and put you in hell. They all seemed great at the beginning when you ask them for a quote and discuss the requirements, but straight after this, they will behave in a complete opposite way. I am gathering legal advise against the company at the moment and please just avoid them if you can, there are plenty of options in the market. What GLK sells is also available from John Lewis!

    I purchased a kitchen from GLK early in September 09, I then recieved a full technical survey from GLK, which i thought was very profesional. I then recieved my visit from Ray(fitter) with whom i discussed a convienent delivery date. Ray arrived a day prior to delivery to prepare himself,which he did in a very tidy manor. The following day Ray was on site awaiting delivery, which arrived around 10:30am, myself and Ray checked to see if everything had arrived, which it had, which made the process ...

    GLK is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They seem great until you have paid them. They have taken our money, spent it and now just give non stop excuses as to why we have not recived our kitchen. the company that are producing the kitchen are also cheats lying about the order.we are now seeking legal advise against GLK and the suppliers.. we just hope it is not to late. we have been robbed of thousands.

    GLK Kitchens is a great company until they have got your money then they dont phone you back. they give excuse after excuse as to why your kitchen is not ready, two weeks after due date and do not return your calls. we are going in the shop tomorrow to see what excuse they can think of this time. if you are thinking of a buying a new kitchen go else where
