    Good Points:


    Bad Points: Could have wipeable pages.


    General comments: I have never used a cookbook so much in my life. It got to the point that my kids asked if I could cook anything else! The recipes consistently turn out perfect. They are not sickly sweet.
    I make a batch on the weekend we have some then and there and I freeze the rest and pop into lunch boxes during the week.

    I have had Susan Reimer, Muffins Fast and Fantastic for some time now - and made many of the recipes with great success. They are great and so simple and so fast to make. You can make a batch and have them in the oven, wash up and make next batch ready to put in when the first lot come out!

    Susan Reimer has made muffin making easy - and inspired me to adjust and use alternatives that I may never have tried.

    Buy the book - you will love the results!!
