    General comments: My partner and I looked at a 2 bedroom apartment on Saturday the 6th September and we were very interested in the place. We spoke to a member of staff at Sworn & Co who was extremely helpful and made a request about a fridge/freezer as there was only a bar fridge available, they thought it wouldn ' t be a problem and that we should call the office on Monday and chat to her manager another member of staff about it. First thing Monday morning we called the office to let them know we were interested and made the request about the fridge/freezer - well that ' s where all the trouble started. A VERY rude receptionist did not want to pass me through to another member of staff that manager but couldn't answer any of our questions. All of a sudden we were not good enough as we had requested something extra in the flat and I was told 'someone else is interested in the property and they are not that fussy so the landlord will probably give the property to them. I tried explaining that I did not want to loose the property due to any requests and left a message for another member of staff to call me back. No one rang me so I had to keep calling, leaving messages but no one called me back. Finally after several attempts I was lucky enough to be able to speak to another member of staff who said he was waiting on the landlords email and that no one had given a deposit yet and that he would definitely keep me up to date. I expressed that I would be very upset if I would loose the property by waiting as I was reading to go pay my deposit there and then but another member of staff suggested I wait and he would call me later that day. Well I heard nothing. Then the following day I had to ring a member of staff on her mobile to find out what was happening and she turned around and said 'oh sorry someone came in yesterday and put down a deposit and we have given it to them!'
    I was extremely upset and said I wanted to speak to another member of staff as he said he would keep it for me. A member of staff said she would have a word with him and call me back. After 5 minutes she called me back and said the reason they had given the property to the other people is because they could move with 10 days. I think it would have been nice if another member of staff had called me and asked if I was willing to do that same before he just gave the property to someone else but I was never given the option!
