    Good Points: Great customer serviceInformative website/staffHelped me to deal with debt


    General comments: I left a comment on the Harrington Brooks section. As they are both the same company, I thought that I should write a One Advice review too, as this is where I first came across this company.I applied online from the One Advice site and was called back in a matter of minutes from one of the team members there. I was very impressed with the level of detail that they go into. They took details about my debts and my living costs so that they could best determine which debt solution is the best one for me.As I have low levels of debt (which i couldn't afford to pay!), a Debt Management Plan was the best option for me. From here on in the whole process has been very simple. One Advice deal with my creditors for me so if I have any phone calls or letters I can pass it straight onto them - I must admit that I had quite a few calls and letter in the first couple of months whilst the plan was being put into place, but now my creditors know that i am on a Debt Management Plan with One Advice.To cut a long story short... Have they helped me deal with my debt? Yes. Would I recommend them to friends or family? Yes!
