    Good Points: Beautiful jewellery if you manage to get it done!


    Bad Points: poorly run, would never reccomend to anyone


    General comments: We had a bad experience with jacobi jeweler; at first i was quite impressed but it take long for this to change! My husband and i went to the Jewelley Quarter to look for wedding rings and this was one of the first shops we came accross. We shopped about but returned to Jacobi's as we liked the jewellery and the prices! The owner of the shop was very scatty, forgetful and overall very unprofessional! He made the experience very hard work when it should have been a pleasure. My husbands ring was barely ready in time and i had to chase and chase for a receipt! To begin with i thought this was a great little jewellers, a real find, and although we are pleased with our rings, we were not pleased with the service.

    Jacobi Jewellers is a great small Jewellers up in Birmingham. I got my wife's engagement rings from here based on a recommendation.Service was great, no pressure of any kind to buy. I went in there with my own ideas and they helped me out. The price was also good after a bit of negotiation.Even had a look in the workshop. The end result was a gorgeous ring for the wife (as she is now).
