“Appalling non existent communications”

They charged be for ten advent calendars when I only ordered three. One calendar being for myself which I did not receive. Twice contacted them to no avail. Similar problems last year where once again I was over charged AND I never had communication from them. Their cards and advent calendars are very good. “Advent Calendar Order Problems”

For several years I have ordered and enjoyed the annual Jacquie Lawson Advent calendars and shared them with others. This year I can indicate how many calendars I would like but when I go to place my orders, I ended up in an endless loop of the login page regardless of which of many web browsers I've tried . “They sent card wrong day. ”

I chose a birthday card to be delivered on the recipient's birthday one month later. Then they sent it immediately. When I asked them to apology him, they refused and sent the following sentences. “They have taken money out of my credit card AGAIN...”

They have taken money out of my credit card AGAIN after I complained last year and received the reply "you must have ticked the 'automatically renew membership' button". WELL I DIDN'T!!!!!!!!!!!! Go on their website and there is no way to untick it, in fact I can't even find it. I have '1 year's membership' ticked. Like others have said, send them a message and they don't get back. “don't waste money”

This was my 1st ecard company several years ago. They don't have an email address for you to contact them with problems nor do they have a phone #. I tried writing the company a letter asking someone to call me. Nothing! They still draft my credit card account with out my authorization. They have a very antiquated software system . Previously I have had little problems but this year despite being told cards had been sent(8 hours after actually requested) most of the recipients I questioned hadn't received them. I've been using this company for 8 years. All of a sudden my account is all screwed up. I've paid twice in the last 5 months and now they want payment again; worse they lost all of my 340 addresses - and can't find them. “Took Our Money In Return Zero Service”

I find the JL cards lovely. I find the ability to be able to send an e-card quite convenient....albeit I still send "hard cards"....but the JL Help service is non-existent. They simply send you a link to how you can "do it yourself"....However, if you have a MAC...they are very limited in knowledge...or at least their links (outdated re: MAC help) are limited to MAC help. If you have a Windows OS...you are sort of OK...but if you have a MAC, you are out of luck. And the "Help" replies just… Read Full Review

“TOOK MY MONEY”

I clearly informed them on 13.12.2014 that I did not wish to renew my membership on 22nd December, 2014. My email was acknowledged on 14.12.2014. My friend treated me to an advent calendar last year and I was hooked and signed up for a year and I have had a glorious time sending cards hither and thither, as I have friends all over the world and we are based in Cyprus. For years I though JL cards were marvelouss. NO MORE. This year I paid for 5 Advent Calendars. Two of them were NEVER sent. I have had exactly the same problem with them. They have no customer service at all and no easy way of cancelling your account.

the organization has obviously overstretched itself. Lovely advent calendar. Impossible to open it. I sent ten, of those only five people were able to open it. I, myself, had to buy a totally new Windows 7 computer before it would install. Last year I had no trouble, neither did any of my friends. Now I have five unwanted, unable to open gift calendars on my "order page" and cannot get administration to refund my money.
