    A Little word of advice to the Diamond Shop. I went in this week and wanted to buy a ring. I came back home and checked the reviews to see what the place was all about. I honestly believe i get a fishy feeling there but havent purchased anything yet so we will see. I will be ordering as they are the best/cheapest diamond retailers in Hatton Gardens. Service was excellent, price was brilliant, lets see what the ring comes out to be like! I will keep you updated people!!

    I have just purchased a pair of gold and opal earrings from The Diamond Store. 'A present for my wife'. I was very impressed with the service I received from a company who goes the 'extra mile' to achieve customer satisfaction. The promised delivery was spot-on, the packaging was substantial and secure, the presentation was both quaint and thoughtful, and finally, the gift, gold and opal earrings. were exactly as advertised.

    My fiance bought me this eternity ring as my wedding gift, as we are getting married May next year. I am truly delighted with the ring and it goes so well with my engagement and wedding rings. It is like it was designed with me in mind! We had priced the same ring in other shops and was surprised at how much we saved, simalar rings where around £650 and where not even the same diamond weight, they where less!     Had a close deadline to make with the engagement ring I ordered. Claudine was fantastic on getting me the ring here on time. Great customer service, emails answered very quickly, always kept informed. Delivered on time by special delivery, well packaged and amazing presentation box along with cleaning cloth little paper bag and £10 discount voucher.

    The quality of the ring was amazing couldn't of wished for anything better.
    Will definitely use them again

    left me with the feeling they were into identity theft or credit card fraud. made a simple purchase and they started requested far more details than would be required to verify a credit card - claiming they needed it for their fraud protection. no other provider in the uk i have purchased from needed and indeed, previously i have told suppliers to do a visa phone verification rather than an electronic one. this mob, claim they can't do it....all too suspect for me.

    All I can say is a huge thank you for the staff for getting my son's engagement ring ready in super quick time. He is on leave from Afghanistan and with me down on my knees requesting an early delivery, it was here the next day. Thank you, thank you. You made my boy's day. They both love the ring. I would recommend you to anybody. Superb service.

    I ordered an engagement ring with a view to taking it on holiday with me to propose and Gary at The Diamond Store was very helpful in arranging for me to receive the ring in time. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble, and the service was very personal.

    When I received it I found it exceeded my expectations. Both the ring, and the box were well made and were great quality. I would thoroughly recommend thediamondstore.com and would happily buy from them again.

    I purchased a diamond and ruby bracelet for my wife as a surprise 40th Wedding Anniversary gift. As it was to be a surprise I phoned the helpline and arranged with a very helpful young lady for it to be delivered to my daughter's address. I placed the order at 1.30 pm and it arrived at my daughter's address at 10am the next morning. And the bracelet is stunning. Excellent product, excellent service, and real value for money.     A customer friendly well constructed web site displaying a vast range of jewelry within an easy to follow manner.
    Very competitive pricing on a true like for like basis with other suppliers.
    I ordered a ring for my wife's 60th Birthday which was delivered on time, however I specified too large a size, my fault!
    The Diamond Store staff were very understanding(especally than thanks to Claudine)and without hesitation resolved the problem.

    I bought a beautiful white gold ring with diamonds & a blue tanzanite stone for my daughter's 18th birthday. The original size I had ordered wasn't immediately available, but as I needed it quite quickly, I phoned The Diamond Store and they were very accomodating and arranged to send the ring in the size smaller so that I would have a ring to give my daughter on her special day.     I used the Diamond Store to buy my fiances engagement ring. They were really good and helpful, and managed to deliver the ring in 2 days from when I ordered it.     I was delighted with the quality of the item purchased from The Diamond Store - I am sure the intended receipient will be absolutely blown away by it. I was nervous about ordering online but I needn't have worried - excellent product, excellent delivery, very securely packaged and first class customer service.     I am a completely satisfied customer. I have received the most excellent customer sevice from you and am astounded as the quality of the ring I bought and the speed this was deleiverd in. I called your office and explained my urgent crisis on Wednesday , placed and paid for my order I received and email for my payment within 10 mins and a further email within 1 hour confirming my tracking number and despatch of my order.     After a mix up on my part,I found a phone call to the sales dept at The Diamond Store. which was answerd quickly, I recieved a phone call ,problem solved.placed the order via internet ,goods delivered within 3 working days.     Very disappointed with The Diamond Store service.To start off they had a problem with my address and the inconvenience of the office not being open on a weekend nade it even more difficult. The communication between the message takers to the main office was like Chinese whispers.

    Browsing through various websites looking for a surprise gift for my wife I picked up a fantastic offer in terms of price and product compared to others I had seen. My enquiries on the phone and customer support after purchase was prompt and commendable. The presentation box and product was beautiful and my wife was at a loss for words when I presented it to her.Thanks for the great service and would certainly consider purchasing in future and recommending to others.

    I am pleased to read all the other positive reviews as we ordered a ring way beyond our normal purchases from the diamond store. We are currently still waiting for the ring and their correspondence is starting to contradict itself which worries me. At the earliest it will be four weeks from ordering it despite their advertising of next day then 7-10 days. We are becoming very anxious...
