“LG KC910 Nothing but problems - Will not work”

I received my LG KC910 3 weeks ago and over this period of time it has worked for about 4 days. The phone freezes and shuts itself off. Latterly it would look like it was on but nothing would appear on the screen other than a very faint background light then it would fade out. The battery is fully charged and I haven’t had it on or used it enough to use up any of the handset memory. Had this phone for about 2 years now, never had a problem with it. Call quality is good, reception good and living on a steel boat thats kind of important, camera is great, flash is reasonable for a phone, use it as a music player all the time with bluetooth stereo headphones and all works well. Well worth getting. Just had an upgrade (samsung) which I've given to my other half to use, as I'm perfectly happy with the phone I've got. Only negative is the gps function, waste of time. The camera is superb, but if you want to make calls forget it, reception is a total joke, on O2 at least, had it 10 months and apart from the camera cant wait to get rid ! (read more)

The only good thing about this LG KC910 Renoir phone was the camera which was excellent! - the touch screen wasnt precise and the phone froze regularly. It wouldnt sync with windows vista and was quite heavy and bulky too. I personally wouldnt recommend this phone to anyone unless it was to take photos with only! (read more)

I have had this LG KC910 Renoir phone for a while now and I have to say I can not wait until I can upgrade it! the plus points are camera,it has a great camera with loads of extra features that you can play around with, and the touch screen is good.. when it does'nt freeze!
The downsides are terrible reception but that could just be 3,the screen freezes regularly and if you want skype you are out of luck ,everytime I tried to load skype it crashed all the internet settings on the phone and...

The LG KC910 Renoir phone is a little flimsy ... port covers go missing very quickly .... no audio out jack ... and the menu system is not very intuitive ...camera is good though ... the UNFORGIVABLE problem for a phone that is not that old is that it wont sync with Vista and they don't tell you that when you buy it !!!!! Unlike the Pixon the pc studio sync software actually seems to work and work well. I was really nervous that it wouldn't after the Samsung software first triplicated all my appointments, tasks and contacts in outlook and then deleted them all that this would do the same. The LG pc studio has however obviously been thoroughly tested and there are no bugs in it that I can see. A light good camera, good sound, lots of gadgets, big screen, stylish, list goes on . The best phone i have ever had. I prefer the LG KC910 Renoir to the iphone its less bulky and lighter
the touch screen on the iphone is better.
If you want a phone for mostly just making calls on then get a diffrent one.

It is a touch screen and there are lots of features. Also the camera is fantastic..
Its a great phone and when you get the write one that actually works then I bet you will keep it for a long time.
