The LG Cookie KP500 is a thin easy to use mobile phone, with a stylish screen ready for any situation.
Although the Cookie looks fine, I didn't like the battery life. It ran out easily and wasn't all that good. Also the messaging - typing was extremely slow and the predictive text sometimes wasn't always right. I did like however the easy user face, it had a simple menu which made it clear as to where the different applications we're.
When I bought the LG I was overly satisfied, however it… Read Full Review

I've never disliked any of my previous 7 phones, they have all been reliable, worth the money and with useful features.
I wouldn't say any of these things about the LG Cookie. I've had to send it back twice as the screen kept freezing, slowing down and then switching off, only to turn itself back on an hour or so later.
As many people have mentioned the battery life really is pathetic, far worse than any phone I've ever had!
The touchscreeen system is also very basic, there is a delay between… Read Full Review

I bought LG cookie KP 500 2 months before
It has poor battery life..if i talk more than 2 hr after a full charge at night,it will go down to nil in next day
Network reception capacity is horrible.I can not use the phone now as because in my locality network coverage is less for a while.Every calls are being dropped whether it is outgoing or incoming.I am not also audible to other end.Whereas every other all Nokia phones(tried with 4 models) are working correctly with that network.

My LG Cookie KP500 also went into 'cracked screen mode' after less than a month of use. It certainly has a design fault, namely it completly lacks any rigid internal metal frame to prevent it from bending i.e. when carrying it in your pocket. That's why the delicate screen layers get cracked from accidental twisting/bending, while the outer glass remains intact. What's even more interesting, I recently went to the store where I bought it in order to buy something less fancy, but more reliable… Read Full Review

Great until it broke for me... unfortunately didn't even last half a month...
It started to play up on new years saying it was low of battery when only 1 hour before it had 2 out of 3 bars.
Put it to charge as soon as I got back, thought it would be okay. Early in the morning i heard this strange crackling electrical noise, thought it was the tv but ended up being the phone.... disconnected it from the mains to find it was still making the noise. Took battery out and the noise stopped. When… Read Full Review
