Brought phone as a touch screen appeled to me. I was supprised at the price compared to other touch screens and jumped at the chance to own. Pleased with phone apart from sometimes (not often) gprs doesn't work. Good style (pink, yes I am a bloke) battery life is great on 3 batteries last 5 daysish but, on 2 not very long. Loud ring tones, music good radio and good camara. Overall i am very impressed.

I have had 2 breakdowns so far on this phone..... the 1st being with the touchscreen... we had to take it to carphone warehouse as the touchscreen would randomly cut out and it would not let you turn the phone off so the battery had to be removed and so messing up the phone even more.... the 2nd being that the photos from my phone will not and have never come off the phone on to a PC as I found it either too hard or impossible to carry this out....overall a bad phone not to be recommended to any ...

I had this LG Cookie KP500 phone for 3 weeks before the mic stopped working. The screen is very unresponsive and it doesn't work properly without the stylus. It's very slow, and has unlocked itself in my pocket, called at least four people from my contact list, turned on the music player and then turned itself off. This phone is terrible! Buy a Sony Ericsson.

I got my LG Cookie KP500 few months back,it had a problem and was replaced a week ago.It is a very pretty and feminine phone however I've been unable to save more than a number to a name, shows default number on trial. The battery life is ok for the functions.I hope it would be improved upon. It's a very fine phone.

LG Cookie KP500 is a brilliant phone with excellent screen quality. Kept plastic on screen so no cracking of screen. Fantastic features, its almost like a pocket laptop. Internet is brilliant. However, only fault is the terrible battery life.. A fully charged Cookie will only last 1-2 days.

It seems this LG Cookie phone has a problem. Bought the phone 4 weeks ago and it now is broken with a cracked inner screen. I've talked to the CPW and LG but both of them say I must have drop it. I didn't. Therefore now looking at a £50 bill to repair. I might just get another phone since who is to say the inner screen will not crack again.

My LG Cookie KP500 also went into 'cracked screen mode' after less than a month of use. It certainly has a design fault, namely it completly lacks any rigid internal metal frame to prevent it from bending i.e. when carrying it in your pocket. That's why the delicate screen layers get cracked from accidental twisting/bending, while the outer glass remains intact. What's even more interesting, I recently went to the store where I bought it in order to buy something less fancy, but more reliable an ...

I love the LG Cookie, great phone!. The LG cookie has great features and is very inteactive!, such as the differnt ways you can text using either the normal screen or full qwerty keyboard and other features within the messaging(you can use it with or without the stylus!). the phone comes with a screen protection cover and there is also a spare one included which is really good! The pictures you have taken can also be viewed either horizontally or vertically( just like the iphone!!) and you can e ...

Bought two phones for Xmas for my children. First one was repaired in Feb and the second has been in for repair twice in the last two months. Not reliable at all. Trading in the LG Cookie for different brands.

Like many others on here my LG Cookie KP500 phone has a cracked LCD screen after only 4 weeks. Kept in a case and treated carefully - not a mark on the outer screen. Orange were useless - suggesting I had damaged the phone myself.

A shame as it isn't a bad phone - but it clearly has a design problem.

No probs with screen yet (cracked screens being a common problem). Though menu system a bit tricky. My last phone being a Sony Ericsson was much much user friendly. Had a lot of trouble using the search a contact (Sony Ericsson system is a piece of cake). Liked the short cut feature on the SE's - LG Cookie phone takes a while longer. Having a lot of probs with the folder system (for photos and music etc) - see my "Ask a question". Protective film handy but makes screen far less sensitive, ...
